Initially we would book a 30 minute introduction meeting with me to go over what to expect & how we design your session based on your needs & address any questions. After revewing the information I provide, and you feel our sessions will benefit you, and you choose to proceed, you can contact me to schedule a 30-60 minute zoom meeting (we recommend a weekly schedule) based on your schedule, till you feel you have achieved your desired outcome. All sessions, format & duration are tailored with you & to meet what You want to get out of the sessions.
